THE 20 MILE KIDNEY KIDS VIRTUAL CYCLE

This is a brand-new virtual challenge for all those cyclists out there!

Take to the saddle and pedal 20 miles to raise money for Kidney Kids Scotland. The challenge costs £10 to enter and every entrant will receive a unique quality medal.

You can decide when and how to do your challenge. Plan your own route and cycle solo or with a friend or your family. You can complete the cycle in one go or in stages, depending on your ability. Perhaps 20 miles over two days or 5 miles per day until you reach the 20-mile goal. As long as it is a real challenge for you!

When you’ve completed your 20 mile cycle, share a picture of your efforts on social media– use the hashtag #KidneyKidsCycle20 and tag Kidney Kids Scotland twitter account, or post it to our Facebook page. You can post a selfie of yourself at the end of the run, we would love to share your achievements.

Medals will be posted out approximately four days after you register to take part.
